Prepare for Your Course
Please review the following items to prepare for your in-person training session with us:
-
- In person training has a hands-on, practical training component (on the floor/matts; kneeling/lying/sitting). Consider wearing clothing suitable for this, including a sweater/hoodie to allow for ease of movement and temperature changes.
- Class start time is firm. If you are unable to make it on-time, contact us to reschedule. Some charges may apply.
- For your convenience, free parking is available onsite. Reverse parking is requested for parking lot safety.
Please note, Metrobus services the area.
-
- There will be break times set for you by your Instructor. Beverages with lids and allergen friendly foods are permitted into the classroom. There will be some light snacks & refreshments provided, however lunch is not included with this booking. There are several amenities conveniently located.
- If you require a change to this booking, we advise providing as much advanced notice as possible for best rescheduling options and to help avoid rebooking fees associated with this service. For time sensitive matters, text messaging is encouraged at ±17097259877
We look forward to seeing you in class!
