Learn the skills to support yourself and others with compassion and confidence. This course helps learners to develop a personal understanding of the effects of stress, loss, trauma, and grief has on us all, with an emphasis on self-care and personal protection. This resiliency-building approach to emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing teaches learners how to support themselves and others in times of crisis. Recommended for ages 16+
