Psychological First Aid

This resiliency building program focuses on equipping individuals with tools to support themselves and others to cope with the effects of loss, grief, trauma, and stresses of life.  Group tailored case-based learning fosters positive conversations about mental health wellness.

Babysitting

This course is ideal for youth 11- 15 years old that are preparing to stay home on their own and are interested in taking care of others.  Includes basic first aid & CPR skills and promotes emergency preparedness.

Recommended for ages 9 – 13, this course helps prepare youth to stay safe while on their own at home and within the community. Includes an introduction to basic first aid and fosters general safety awareness.
