COURSE REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES

To provide learners with the best possible experience, we offer limited seating in our courses.  To secure your place in one of our courses, payment in full is required in advance.  If circumstances should prevent you from attending your course selection, please contact us at your earliest convenience, by calling, texting or emailing, to review your options.  Here you’ll find a basic breakdown of the options…

We understand that circumstances change!

  • If you need to cancel or change your booking, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice  required to provide a full refund or to change your booking to a later date at no additional charges.
  • Late cancellations (fewer than 72 hours notice), are subject to an additional $35 rebooking service fee.
  • If we do not receive any notice that you will be late or cannot make your scheduled training session, you will be required to complete a new registration for another course offering at the full cost of the course.

Once your registration is complete, a detailed course confirmation email sent to the email address that you have provided.  This will clearly indicate when and where your course is being held.  Our course start time is firm! Our instructors have a full agenda of required knowledge and skills to cover to meet program standards for certification.  Arriving late risks your enrollment.  Persons that arrive late, may be denied admittance to the course and advised to contact our office to re-register.  Under these circumstances, you will be responsible to re-register at the full cost of the course.  Please make every effort to arrive on time (or early) or to provide us with an appropriate amount of notice to avoid additional changes for training.

FOR COURSES CANCELLED BY FIRST AID VITALS:

On rare occasions courses may be cancelled by us due to extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather events. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the course start time.   In this situation all registrants will be offered their choice of either receiving a full refund or transferring to another course date at no additional charge.
