Course Refund & Cancellation Policies
If you are unable to attend the course that you have registered for, we will do our best to transfer you to another course that might better suit your schedule. Please contact us as soon as possible after you realize that you will not be able to attend your course.
For cancellations made 3 or more business days prior to the start of the course:
We will transfer you to another available course at no charge, or issue you a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the start of the course:
There will be a $25 fee to transfer to another available course if you wish to rebook. If you do not wish to rebook and prefer to receive a refund, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
For cancellations made after your course has started/no shows:
No refunds will be issued in these circumstances, and full registration fees will apply to register for another course.
For courses cancelled by First Aid Vitals:
On rare occasions courses may be cancelled by us due to extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather events, etc. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the course start time. In this situation all registrants will be offered their choice of either receiving a full refund or transferring to another course date at no additional charge.
