COURSE REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICIES
To offer students the best possible learning experience, we offer limited seating in our courses and require students to register and pay for their enrollment in advance. If circumstances should prevent you from attending one of our courses, please contact us at your earliest convenience, by telephone or email, to discuss your options.
FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE 48 HOURS OR MORE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE COURSE:
We will offer you the choice of a full refund to your original method of payment, or the option to transfer your registration fee to another course on a different date.
FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE START OF THE COURSE (BUT BEFORE THE COURSE STARTS):
Course registration fees will be non- refundable at this point, however we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your registration fee to another course on a different date for a $35 fee.
FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER THE COURSE HAS STARTED, OR NO-SHOWS:
In these circumstances we will have lost the opportunity to place another student in your seat, so there will be no refund of registration fees issued and no opportunity to transfer your registration fee to another course on a different date. If you wish to register for another date you will be required to pay the full registration fee for that date.
Please note that the course confirmation sent to you when you register clearly indicates when and where your course will be held, so late arrivals will only be admitted at the discretion of the instructor and may be considered a “no-show”.
FOR COURSES CANCELLED BY FIRST AID VITALS:
On rare occasions courses may be cancelled by us due to extenuating circumstances such as adverse weather events, etc. Every effort will be made to notify all registrants in a timely manner prior to the course start time. In this situation all registrants will be offered their choice of either receiving a full refund or transferring to another course date at no additional charge.
