Self-Care & Wellness offers tools and resources for individuals to improve their coping strategies and increase personal resilience during times of heightened stress.

Course Content:

  • Develop a self-care plan to improve your coping strategies and increase personal resilience during times of heightened stress.
  • Apply the principles of self-care learned in the online component through a facilitated workshop using case-based learning, group discussion, and personal reflection.

Prerequisite: Recommended 16 years of age

1-Year Certification

Duration: 45-90 minutes of online learning + 2.5 hours in-class
*Online component must be completed prior to attending your classroom component.

Venue for in-class component: Canadian Red Cross, 17 Major’s Path, St. John’s

Cost :$60 (plus applicable tax)
