Course Content
Compressed to meet the demands of a busy schedule – this course is offered through a blend of online learning and in-class practical training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. Theory is covered online prior to attending a practice in-class session with us at Red Cross!
Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

- First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest

Prerequisite: None
Duration: 3.5 hours of online learning + 4 hours in-class
